From the centuries-old olive groves of the Belice Valley, we extract our 'green gold': a Nocellara del Belice EVO oil, renowned for its balance of fruity notes, hints of cut grass, and a hint of spiciness that reflects the character of the terroir. We bring tradition to the table with our artisanal Busiata, a pasta made with Sicilian durum wheat semolina, bronze-drawn and slowly dried to ensure the perfect porosity that accommodates every condiment. And to complete the sensory journey, our Sicilian DOC wines: fresh, aromatic whites and structured reds that encapsulate all the energy and elegance of our native grape varieties in every glass.
