Nocellara del Belice extra virgin olive oil is one of the world's most renowned olive oils, extracted from a dual-purpose cultivar (for both table and oil) typical of western Sicily. It stands out for its balanced sensory profile, characterized by medium-high fruitiness and extremely low acidity, typically less than 0,4%.
ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE
Aroma: Clear notes of green tomato, cut grass and artichoke, with secondary hints of almond and, occasionally, white fruit such as banana.
Taste: A perfect balance between bitter and spicy, with a persistent sensation of freshness on the palate.
