30-month Classic Method Rosé Wine from the Fontezoppa Cellars Made from hand-picked Vernaccia Nera grapes, vinified as a white wine, and refermented in the bottle, it displays a delicate pale pink color with coppery highlights and a fine, creamy foam. On the nose, a delicate note of pepper nestled within the fruit, along with wild strawberries, raspberries, and red apple. On the palate, it is beautifully balanced and smooth, with the fruit, enhanced by spice and a hint of toasted bread, providing a fresh and lingering finish. Ideal with appetizers and rich fish dishes.
