The land, our land, has given us the answer. Rich in ancient and modern history, lush between the gentle sea and imposing mountain peaks. The water has given us the answer, clear and pure, the source of life for centuries-old olive trees, orange blossoms, and almond trees in bloom. The wind has given us the answer, a majestic force, which moves here free of polluting dust because we are so far from the industrial world.

We waited for the best wind to set sail on our ship, Ricerca. We set sail from Oppido Mamertina, an ancient town halfway between the Tyrrhenian Sea and the peaks of Aspromonte, our hometown. From there, we began a long journey of study and training, where we learned the brewing techniques used by artisanal producers around the world and sought out the finest ingredients and technologies.
When enthusiasm began to make us dream, the answer arrived, explosive: stay!
This is how BrewDop beers were born.
The name sums up our glocal philosophy: an international sound and a local, authentic feel. In our brewery, we produce 4.000 liters each month, blending ancient recipes and modern technology to create a high-quality craft beer. A unique product for every occasion, from Michelin-starred dishes to street food.
