DUCATO BREWERY
The production of craft beer starts in March 2007 in Roncole Verdi di Busseto (PR).
The historic site was converted into a Sour Brewery only in 2015, when we moved the brewery to the new location in Soragna (PR), where they are today the main beer lines were created, through a fully automated system, including PLC controls advanced and centrifugal separator.
The brewery currently has a brewhouse with 5 60 hl vats and a total cellar capacity of 1200 hl.
