Roma DOC Red Wine from the La Rasenna Winery it is obtained from 50% Sangiovese and 50% Montepulciano grapes.
FEATURES: Roma DOC Red Wine
Vinification and ageing: Destemming and subsequent maceration with the skins for 10 days.
Aging: In steel silos and microoxygenated during maturation on the lees. 15% of the mass matures for 6 months in 7hl wooden barrels (classic Italian barrels).
Sensory analysis: Ruby red with purple highlights, fresh and fruity on the nose, with just the right vinosity. Lightly spicy, with good tannins and an elegant and powerful structure, it deserves to be left to mature in the bottle. Dry on the palate with good minerality.
Service and pairing at the table: Serve at 18°C in medium-sized glasses. Pair with typical regional appetizers such as cured meats and cheeses, rich first courses, and grilled or baked meats.
