FEATURES: Ribona Brut Classic Method White Wine 30 Months Aged
It is made from Ribona grapes. This ancient grape variety, brought by the Picene Princes, has acclimated to a small area of the Macerata Hills, caressed by the salty winds of the Adriatic. The Fontezoppa winery has chosen to ennoble it with this classic method sparkling wine, which highlights its freshness, minerality, and bouquet of flowers and yellow fruits. A minimum of 18 months on the lees gives Ribona character and elegance, manifested in a creamy, extremely fine, and persistent perlage.
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with shellfish, oysters, seafood, and seafood—it's a great wine for raw fish and sushi—but also with soft or semi-mature cheeses, and vegetable and spicy dishes.
To be drunk between 8° and 10°C, suitable for long refinement.
