L'Italica 5.0 Beer The “L'Italica” brand identifies good beers of the Italian tradition. Under this umbrella brand, at the beginning of 2014 we introduced L'Italica 5.0, a pure malt beer brewed in the “German way”, but 100% Italian.
At the basis of its preparation there is a recipe with a long tradition (over 20 years), which involves the use of highly selected raw materials, mostly produced in Italy.
The water comes very pure from the massif of Monte Rosa, located behind the brewery, thebarley is harvested in the Po Valley of Piedmont and Lombardy, yeasts are carefully cultivated by the brewery like most of the hops themselves – to which is added a small amount of Bavarian hops.
The Italica 5.0 beer is part of that product package "made in Italy" who today are the true ambassadors of Italian culture in the world.
Premium beer with a full, rich and rounded flavour and a moderate bitterness.
The maturation lasts approximately 3 weeks. in maturation cellars where the beer is left to rest so that it acquires the full and characteristic flavour that distinguishes it
